Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Kleines Häuschen im Grünen

Unser kleines Ferienhäuschen liegt inmitten auf unserem Pferdehof auf dem wir auch selbst wohnen. Hier wohnt man idyllisch in der Natur und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Ruhige Spazierwege direkt ab Hof laden zu Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Die Nähe zu Augsburg und München (je ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt) bietet sich für Stadterkundungen an. Das kleine Häuschen verfügt über eine kleine Küche sowie ein Bad mit Sauna. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

Some cupboards are locked, and a few boxes with miscellaneous items are open – please don’t take anything from them. You’ll find a large empty wardrobe for your things. Wir vermieten unsere 30qm große, helle und zentral gelegene Souterrain Wohnung im Münchner Stadtteil Sendling-Westpark. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen 2-stöckigen familiären Wohnanlage mit sehr gutem U-Bahn und Busanschluss. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Für weitere Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.

Wohnung im Olympiadorf

Geniesse die Zeit direkt am Olympiapark und der BMW Welt mit guter U-Bahn Anbindung. Zwei gemütliche Schlafsofas, Balkon, eine neue Küche, Wifi, Fernseher werden Dir den Aufenthalt in München angenehm machen. Seit Januar 2025 ist Bad und Küche nun endgültig neu renoviert.
