Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Traditional Irish Thatched Cottage

Delightful, listed, 250 year old thatch cottage named after the famous explorer Eduardo-Alfred Martel is famous for charting Marble Arch cave system. Local Folklore claims that Martel resided within this beautiful cottage in 1895 during his Caving adventures. Suitable for walkers, climbers & fishermen. The cottage is heated by oil and lovely range cooker. With an electric fire in the lounge. Please be aware that the cottage does not have WiFi or terrestrial tv, but has a tv and dvds.

Craigs Rock Cottage Cookstown

Situated on the edge of the village of Orritor, approx 3 miles from Cookstown, Craigs Rock Cottage has an ideal central location for exploring Northern Ireland. The cottage boasts green field views, two separate living areas, BT TV, open fire, free WiFi, fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 double and 2 single bedrooms. Linen and towels are provided. Escir Cottage is a traditional, rustic two storey house that was originally built in 1901. Recently renovated and restored to a very high standard, the house is situated next to the former estate residence and compliments the extensive lawns and grounds. Located 1 mile from Dromore village and very central to both Enniskillen and Omagh. The location has ample parking and can accomodate horse lorries and campers. Finally, there is a Hot Tub at the House for guests to enjoy.

The restoration has a modern touch with tranquil decor. Our property is private and secluded. The ancient Beltany Stone Circle is 5 minutes walk away and the historic village of Raphoe 2kms away making this the ideal location from which to explore the magic of ‘Donegal’

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.
