High Country Cabin is a stylishly decorated cabin in the heart of the Southern Alps on the South Island of New Zealand. Inspired by the Backcountry huts throughout the area, it provides a rustic country-style experience. Situated 15 minutes outside of Twizel in the heart of the Mackenzie, it has direct access to all of the natural amenities that the area is world famous for including snow sports, mountaineering, hiking & tramping, mountain-biking, hunting & fishing among many other activities.

Pinot Retreat

A warm and comfortable home in a quiet spot in Omarama. The stylish kitchen is equipped with all utensils required to prepare a delicious meal. There is an air conditioner to take the chill off on those cooler days/nights. Three bedrooms, main bedroom has an ensuite, the other bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom and separate toilet/powder room. All beds have electric blankets. Plenty of parking on site, but if you prefer to walk, it is an easy stroll to the local shops and hospitality spots.

It’s just 17km from the town of Twizel, and offers both privacy & modern comforts. Visit Tekapo or Mt Cook then relax in a private wood-fired hot tub under the stars of the dark sky reserve. Very safe location. 50 mins to Mt Cook/Tekapo. 2.5 hrs to Queenstown/4 hrs to Christchurch.
