It's located in a typical quiet Istrian village only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from the famous Aquapark Istralandia. The Quattro Terre MTB trail goes through the village.

Tražite smještaj koji se nalazi na pješačkoj udaljenosti od svih sadržaja u gradu? Ovo je vaša prilika! Stan je udaljen od plaže Pical 600 m, od starogradske jezgre Poreč 800 m, od trgovačkog centra 200 m, a smješten je na 2. katu kuće. Osigurano je jedno parkirno mjesto, omogućeno korištenje punionice za električne automobile od 08 do 20 sati, uz novčanu nagradu domaćinu. Nije dopušteno puštanje glasne glazbe, ne primam grupe mladih, preferiram ugostiti obitelj, djeca su dobro došla!

The apartment is situated in residential area of city of Poreč on walking distance to supermarkets (from 200 m to 900 m), beach Pical (600 m) and old town center (800 m). We don't accept pets in this apartment because we have a cat. Free parking place, WiFi and air condition are available. In front of the house is a electric car charger. You can use it from 8 am to 8 pm.
