We are located 5km from Poreč (can be reached with bike) and 30km from Rovinj, two pearls on Adriatic Sea.

A genuine house in a genuine old fishing village in Istria/Croatia. There is a nice roof terass with view over the roofs and the Adriatic sea. Istria It,s the most beautiful part of Croatia, similar Toscana but like it was before and moore genuine. It`s very close from the house to many things: 300 m to the beach, 20 m to the bakery, 50 m to the grocery, 20 m to a wonderful café, 30 m to the church, 50 m to the square with nice restaurants and pubs. 300 m to the harbour.

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa.
