This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Moosilauke and enjoy stunning views, or hike Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures.

Our cabin is nestled at the top of a private mountain, surrounded by breathtaking views of Killington, Pico mountains, and the White River. Originally purchased from a Sears & Roebuck catalog as a hunting cabin owned by the same family until 2019. The cabin has since been transformed into its original vintage classic camp décor with antique furnishings and unique vintage finds that take you back in time.

Cottage at Galusha Hill Farm, a secluded retreat

Solar-powered, this off-the-grid refuge sleeps up to five guests, in the same party, in a large lofted upstairs bedroom (Queen and Bunkbed) with private bath, and a pull-out futon downstairs, also with separate bath. A traditional Russian masonry stove with a bread oven keeps the Cottage cozy when the nights get chilly. A fully outfitted kitchen awaits one’s culinary whims, and an outdoor grill is available for outdoor dining on a 1000 square foot deck overlooking the pond.

Walk down our driveway to Locust Creek where you can swim, fish or just watch the river flow. Woodstock, Silver Lake and the iconic Barnard General Store are just minutes away.
