It comes with a full-size kitchen, 2-bedrooms with Smart TV's, full bathroom, very fast Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, small fenced backyard, Level 2 EV charger, mini split AC in all rooms, and an always-on 6-seater hot tub.

The entire upper floor of a home will be yours to relax, enjoy, and explore the area (no shared spaces or shared enterances, but quiet homeowner lives downstairs in a seperate unit). The main living area features 24' vaulted ceilings with large windows that feature stunning views of Skagit Bay. Come and dip your toes in!

Mt. Erie Lakehouse

The studio apartment is located at the foot of Mt. Erie overlooking Lake Campbell. Just minutes away from Deception Pass, historic downtown Anacortes, and a short drive to La Conner. Anacortes is the gateway to the San Juan Islands. Enjoy your coffee on the patio watching eagles and other wildlife. Our waterfront apartment has majestic views of Alice Bay. Our private beach is a dynamic tidal flat with the water moving in & out twice daily - always changing. It is central to excellent Skagit Valley birding, scenery, tulips and out door adventure. Private cove for nature lovers; close to hip, historic Edison, restaurants, art galleries; central to Bellingham & Anacortes (30 min), Seattle & Vancouver, BC (90 min each), beautiful walks from your front door. You'll want to come back!

Island Gateway Anacortes Studio and Sauna

Bright, beautiful studio with full kitchen, coffee bar, private bath and outdoor fire pit. Adjacent outdoor cedar sauna that we share with our guests in both units. Minutes from the Anacortes Ferry Terminal. Note: We live upstairs in a totally separate part of the house and the studio is adjacent to another unit. We have soundproofed the house as well as we can, but there are normal noises that come with shared living. The studio has one queen sized bed. We don't accept children.

Serenity on the Salish Sea

This 500 sq. ft. apartment is completely private with 2 entries, a full kitchen with gas range, and a full sized refrigerator. The bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower (I clean the jets after every visit!) is large and the living and dining are combined. Your views from the property are gorgeous!! and the deck shows off a bit of heaven on earth. You are welcome to use our washer and dryer. We live in the main house which your apartment is connected to. We are available any time.

Come stay in our newly built private guest suite which is attached to the main house, but very private. Private entry via the porch or the shared foyer. Bathroom with heated tile floor and frameless glass shower door. Queen size bed, sitting area with love seat. Flatscreen TV + WiFi Deck with table and chairs. Kitchenette has a small fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster oven, microwave, French press + electric water kettle. Near Moran State Park, Rosario and Doe Bay Resort.

Welcome to this serene and spacious farmhouse get-away. Located on beautiful south Fidalgo island, you are 7 minutes to Deception Pass bridge, 13 minutes to downtown Anacortes, and 17 minutes to the ferry terminal to the San Juan islands. Curl up with a good book, watch a movie or just relax and enjoy our beautiful view of north Whidbey island and Deception Pass. Our gardens explode in summertime so feel free to wander and pick flowers, fruit or vegetables in season.

This property is within walking distance of Mt. Grant and close to both Mt. Young and British Camp.
