The house was lovely and in a beautiful location. We accessed the trail system from the house, which was a great bonus! The house was very clean and well kept.

Our stay was an incredibly amazing experience. The host is wonderful. We loved it—we didn't want to leave! It's the best meditative place we've ever had. I highly recommend for anyone to going there. You will be glad you did.

Nice house, accurately described, great location! One thing the description doesn't mention is that there are DINOSAURS (made out of driftwood) along the beach, which was a super cool surprise. One thing to note is that the house is close to the refinery, so there are lights at night and some smells, although low tide accounts for some of that and can't be avoided.

What a fun adventure and Island. I was nervous about booking and coordinating a charter and ride to the house, but Ramy and Island Express were easy to communicate with and have clear instruction. Ramy met us and helped us on arrival too. We even booked a spontaneous charter to Orcas Island for the day and both Ramy and Island Charter made that easy and possible! The location has amazing views and the beach is beautiful. We enjoyed running and walking the island without running into many cars or people, it was very peaceful. The library was my favorite, and the golf course was fun. Both easy to walk to from the house. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t get bored. Ramy was kind enough to let us use her car to see more of the island and to let us take it to the ramp to go to Orcas. Thank you for being a great host! Oh, and if you walk by the big ying yang gate at the neighbors down the road, ring the bell as the sign asks you to! That was definitely a little adventure on its own.

Our family is local to the area but we just wanted an escape from our day to day routine. Ana’s home was exactly what we needed to recoup and reconnect as a family. It was winter but some of us still got to enjoy the lake, hot tub, and sauna. We decided to extend our stay by one night and Ana was extremely helpful in make the accommodations work. The home and location is beautiful and a place we are excited to plan another trip to hopefully in the very near future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Thoughtful, simple decor that let us feel at home and left ample room for out stuff. Firm memory foam queen bed upstairs; twin beds downstairs probably best left to children. Stunning views with loads of sun and sometimes serious glare inside due to no curtains. Bring slippers, tile floors are pretty cold. Kitchen was great - full marks on pots, utensils, dishes and open cupboard space. Grounds and dock were lovely such that we felt comfortable walking around barefoot. Area was quiet. East side of the lake seems way more chill than the west. Worth the extra drive time. Overall great place - would love to come back!

This house measured up to all our expectations! Perfect for two couples who want some separation with a king size bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms. The view was soul soothing. Eagles, deer…even a couple of otters. And then there is Mt Baker in the distance. Can’t be beat. Clean, comfortable. Highly recommend!

Came here for an Easter getaway. Love everything about this home and would most certainly stay again given the opportunity. Thank you again for sharing!

Beautiful views, great location, and a very clean house with a well-equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was provided which made it a very comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Would love to stay here again!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family! The beach views are unmatched, and it was more than we expected! The small touches were also super appreciated, including the use of nonscented cleaners, my family has allergies and we were so happy the blankets and towels weren’t stinking of softener and such. We absolutely would love to stay here again!

If you want a sweet little respite away from the rest of the world, this is an excellent spot. Cottage was squeaky clean and had gorgeous views of both water and mountains. The market was super helpful, and they have a great selection of VHS tapes and DVDs available to borrow for a blast from the past. Truly one of my favorite stays I’ve ever had.

Sarita’s place is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway from Seattle! 8 of us stayed in the place and it did not feel crammed at all! The kitchen is very well stocked, tons of towels and extra blankets and the deck is great! Highly highly recommend

Danielle’s place was as described . It’s a small cottage over looking water. The view from main room is that of that water and is a nice place to sit , read book or watch tv. The kitchen and restroom had all amenities . The bedroom was great and beds felt comfortable . There are lot of things to do near by. We ate at Camano commons . They have great bakery , coffee and a burger place and the food always tastes fresh there. We will come back again when we explore the area next time . Danielle is a great host and was responsive with communication. Thanks for having us .

We had a great stay. Mimi was very helpful and responsive. The house had a lot to offer for a family—fenced yard, chickens, fish, and even an outdoor shower. The beach was easy to access and it was a beautiful spot. Our kids especially loved feeding the deer!

This was a lovely location. Quiet and peaceful other than airplane drills which was expected. I had not realized that it was a three story place and one guest has bad knees so that was a negative for us. The ground floor has a bedroom (with sliding glass door), bathroom and living area, the second floor has the kitchen, bathroom, living area (with piano) and main entry, the loft has another sleeping area. The kitchen was mostly well appointed. The driveway is a little challenging to see at first but once we knew where it was it was fine.

The home was warm and inviting with amazing views. It was spotless and a perfect fit for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked and exceeded our expectations. Communication was smooth and easy—I would absolutely stay here again!

The resort was really pretty, hosts were very responsive and really nice, the beds are very comfy, the kitchen well equiped. I really liked the camp fire and that there was a sauna. The place to get food is a bit far so bringing something to cook is a good idea. A very nice place to stay

This was a great family friendly stay! We loved how close the beaches are and everything was as described in the listing. Other reviews mentioned noise but we didn’t experience any loud traffic noise.

Great spot for a family weekend! Big kitchen and great deck to cook and serve a meal. Fit all seven of us and there was enough space to sneak away for some rest! Would stay again!!

We loved our weekend at this home on Orcas. The location was great to wake up to and the home was well stocked and clean when we arrived and had tons of amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Dieses herrliche Kleinod inmitten der Natur ist friedlich und zum Entspannen bestens geeignet. Der direkte Zugang zum Wasser ermöglicht es schwimmen zu gehen. Mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!

This house was one of my favorite Airbnb’s yet. It easily served our sleeping needs. I liked how there were thermostats in each room, including the bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed and my favorite - they left a welcome basket with sparkling water and wine. The house is situated only 1/2 mile from a great park for hiking, strolling and mountain biking. As for the beautiful Whatcom Lake, there were some stairs to get down to the sitting area where we could watch the mergansers and even a few loons. We didn’t take advantage of the kayaks and canoe, but one of us took a couple of cold plunges (not my thing). We were there in the first of April and the water was still cold! I highly recommend this house and location.
