Orient Bay : locations de vacances en bord de mer

We loved Jonathan's place! The location in Orient Bay, close to the beach and the restaurants and small shops, was really fantastic. We were familiar with the area from a visit years ago, and we were happy to see that Orient Bay was as gorgeous as we remembered. We appreciated that there were arrangements with the restaurants on the beach to get discounts for chairs/umbrellas. The unit also included folding chairs if guests would prefer to go to the open area rather than one of the beach areas that were connected to the beach restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. Maeva, the local host, was very kind and responsive. She contacted us ahead of our stay to answer questions and make arrangements to meet us. She showed us the unit and made sure things were perfect for our stay. She also gave great recommendations and offered to help with reservations. I cannot recommend Jonathan's place highly enough! I truly hope we will be back in the future.

Le logement était impeccable, propre, joli, fonctionnel, bien placé. La petit terrasse extérieur est super, facile d’accès vers la plage, la piscine et le chemin au bord de l’étang pour se promener. Nous reviendrons c'est certain!

Wonderfully located right on the beach, with a short walk to nearby restaurants and about 1km to centre of Marigot. Older building but well appointed apartment, same as photos and description. Camille is a wonderful host. She made me feel very welcome and she has lots of little touches that I really appreciated including beach towel, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment. She even helped me carry my luggage in/out.

We had a great stay at Fabien's place. Fabien reached out before we arrived and provided clear instructions on getting to the apartment and how to get in. The apartment was very nice and matched the photos and description. The location was also excellent. It is very quiet and is only a couple minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around for anything you could need. I would definitely recommend Fabien and would stay here again!

We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The wide open interior and magnificent glass walls overlooking Marigot Bay made for stunning views both in the day and at night. The Kitchen had all the amenities you could ever want and the host actually stocked some drinks for us. Restaurants are around the corner and if you have a car, everything is easily accessible. A ferry to Anguilla and one to St. Barths both leave from close to where you stay, a five minute walk away. There is a laundry right outside the gate to the premises. The place is very private and the highest point on the entire property. You can use the air con or open up the wide folding door at the front for caribbean breeze. The gate at the top of the driveway is electric. This was an ideal place and we would stay here again. The host Sarah went above and beyond to make us comfortable and was easily accessible. This is a place you should book as it appears to be in high demand. It made this vacation one of our best.

Second time staying and the hosts were awesome as usual, very responsive! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

Parfait havre de paix pour une semaine parfaite. L’extérieur est très agréable : piscine, transats, fauteuils et tables pour l’ensemble de nos repas. Proche des bons spots St Martinois. À faire ou refaire.

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour à La Villa Aquamarine. L’emplacement de la villa est calme et sécurisé Facile d’accès, La villa est très jolie et bien entretenue Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, la plage, activités nautique et divers commerces… Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir à la Villa Aquamarine.

My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

We were hopeful that our first stay using Airbnb in St Martin would be okay…It was absolutely a dream! Our friendly host arrived just as we did and our vacation began immediately - the beautiful pool and garden area kept us off the beach that first afternoon. Orient Beach is literally, steps away! The fabulous village restaurants and shops have everything you need or want. The villa was immaculately clean, nicely appointed and had very large rooms. The beds were so comfortable and linens were excellent. While our vacation was sadly cut short due to an emergency at home, we enjoyed every moment here and are planning to return every visit back to beautiful St Martin. Merci beaucoup, Stephane!!

We enjoyed our stay very much ( considering returning next year to the same place). Ophelie was very patient giving us directions and meeting us for check in. She even gave us a sweet gift of jellies and some water and soda to begin our stay. Lovely place and lovely host!

I will be back! The view is absolutely stunning. I slept with the window open one night which was so lovely to listen to the waves. I enjoyed painting the view on the private balcony. The space was clean. The bed was incredible. There is a bakery close by that's delicious. A gas station/convenient store across the street. I followed a bunch of recs from Anne including snorkeling with the sculptures. I can't wait to get back.

Absolutely beautiful. Perfect location, they were very responsive and instructions were very clear. Would definitely book this again. It was beautifully decorated.

Nous avons tout aimé de notre séjour chez Diane et Bruno! Non seulement les hôtes et leur sdorable chat Simba étaient très sympatiques, le logement était parfait ! Nous étions vraiment confortables et les environs sont magnifiques, tout simplement. La vue est top!

this is not our first time to the island but Maries place was very quiet and welcoming, had a bit of a water pressure doing the first of our stay, but it worked it self out, Marie was also very responsive to any questions we had.

Zora and Steffie were incredible hosts. The space was exactly like the photos and description. Very beautiful, simple and everything you need for a great stay. We did a lot of other beaches but non were as gorgeous and quiet as Anse Marcel, there were many times we had the whole beach to ourselves. Crystal clear and clean water - noticed some of the other beaches have more of the sargassum issue, seems more common on the east side of islands. Hosts are very welcoming and super fast at responding and met all of our needs. Their recommendations were excellent and we did everything they suggested. Bed is very comfortable and you can't beat the million dollar few from patio. Two minutes walking and you're on the beach and also have nearby shopping and food, drink. You really could just park yourself here the whole time as there's everything you'll need. Thank you so much, we will definitely be coming back to this spot!! Cheers!
