Beautiful over-sized private 1 bedroom cottage, overlooking the lake. We are close to several other lakes and dog friendly parks to explore. Comfort was our number one focus when choosing furniture, and there is even a king sleep number mattress in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area, living area, desk/office space, washer, dryer, flat screen TV, wifi, cable TV with HBO, Netflix & Amazon. Light breakfast & snacks. Please note there is an additional charge to use pool.

This immaculate cottage sleeps six people and has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. Sunset Walk is an easy 10 minute stroll with plenty of shopping and unique restaurants to choose from. Orlando's newest waterpark, Island H2O Live, is right next to Sunset Walk to enjoy on a hot day. This Winter Park cottage was built in 1954 with original hardwood flooring. Take a 5 min drive to and through historical Winter Park to access shops and restaurants on the coveted Park Ave. It is the perfect central location to access beaches, Universities, Orlandos events, and the best restaurants. The house is tucked away into a quiet neighborhood with lots of sleepy old big oaks. If you have any questions I am always available, so please ask. My response time is immediate!

A full cottage for 4! The perfect place. Located just 20 minutes from Disney and Universal. Shopping and Restaurants are less than 5 minutes from the cottages. All new furnishings, fresh linens, fresh paint! Privately owned. This cottage is our favorite!!! We also just updated the A/C. Check our unit. We also have three other cottages on property, the Bitty Bungalow, Bitty Bliss, and the Bitty Blossom. All cottages are within 70 yards of each other.
