Enjoy a Swedish-style boathouse on the pristine shores of Caspian Lake! This rustic cabin accommodates up to 4 guests in a cozy sleeping loft (via ladder) and a bunk room. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with standard amenities. Many guests enjoy the traditional cedar sauna, followed by a cool lake plunge. A beautiful porch directly overlooks one of the sandiest beaches on the lake, making it perfect for watching your children play in the sand or wading slowly into the water. Pets welcome!

Teeny Tiny Cottage on Lake Eden Water Front

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2) kayaks (1) two man canoe (1) Row Boat, and dock space rental for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.

Crystal Lake Getaway

Two story fully furnished cottage overlooking Crystal Lake with exterior decks, beach and gazebo access. One entry level bedroom with kitchen, dining, living room. Two downstairs lower level bedrooms each with full baths and queen size beds. One of the lower level bedrooms also has an separate exterior entrance. Four kayaks and one canoe available for use. Fire pit with chairs. Firewood is furnished. Ample separate parking. Rental fee based on # of occupants. Please include all guests.

Fabulous getaway! Perfect for a group of friends or extended family. The house has 3 separate living rooms and It has two Master Suites with huge walk in closets. Hi speed cable WiFi allows for everyone to be online without any trouble. Close to the VAST trail system for snowmobilers . A huge sloping lawn and spectacular location! The walk out basement floor has a bedroom and full bath. There is a bonus room that has two double sized futons, a double bed and a queen bed.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends, that are looking to unplug and immerse in a rustic space to enjoy Vermonts natural beauty!Our internet isn’t ideal for working from home or high volume downloads! It can be intermittent! Lake access is not ideal swimming, being shallow. Great for kayaking and canoeing, fishing. And just enjoying the lakefront fully.We have a dock for boat. Spacious driveway!
