We enjoyed our stay at Fikreab place. Clean, cozy apartment and nice views. Easy to find, great location.

Elleni is very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was very clean & comfortable and larger than we had anticipated! Our check in ended up being much later due to flight delays and we had no issues getting into the building. Tesfaye, the guard, was so helpful and always available. It was central to many restaurants, coffee shops, Bambis, the local grocery store and many historical sites/museums. The only recommendation is that a couple more dish towels for the kitchen would be nice. We will be staying in one of Elleni’s apartments again during our trip!

Beautiful apartment with great views from the bedrooms and the rooftop balcony. Everything was very clean, including the bathrooms. Washing machine worked great. Convenience store in the lobby is nice with friendly staff. Apartment is located 15 minutes within most everything you’ll want to see in Addis. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay! The place was comfortable and is located in a quiet neighborhood . The host was friendly and responsive. Very flexible in terms of times for check in times which is usually hard to find. It’s perfect for a long stay. Would recommend!

Rahell and Sirack were great hosts from the moment I arrived. From the airport they checked in on me when I arrived a little later than expected and helped guide my driver to the apartment. They were accommodating to my check-in and check-out times and very responsive to any questions or requests I had. The apartment has a minimalistic design but has everything you need. The WIFi is great. And, the apartment is located nearby many restaurants and shops so there is a variety of things to choose from. Will definitely consider returning here if I come back to Addis. Great stay. Very quiet at night which is not easy to find in Addis. Nice little coffee shop on ground floor with variety of menu. Allowed flexible checkout since I had late flight and there was no immediate occupant checking in after me.

The location is perfect—close to top restaurants, cafes, and shopping spots, yet still peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and made sure everything ran smoothly. This penthouse truly felt like a 5-star hotel with the warmth of a home. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Addis looking for an upscale, unforgettable experience!
