Hiking in both NY and VT. Main street Ticonderoga is just 1/2 mile away. 18 hole golf is within 3 miles.

The schoolhouse is a 10-minute drive from Middlebury. Easy access to hiking, skiing, and cycling. Ideal for families, individuals, or couples looking for a quiet retreat.
