It's located 300 feet from ORV/snowmobile trailhead, a half mile from the AuSable River, and one mile from canoe/kayak rental at Parmalee Trading Post. Garland Golf Resort is just 10 miles North. There is a large fire pit in the backyard and lots of space for yard games. The cabin has gas and charcoal grills, Wifi Internet, A/C, and Alexa/Tubi TV. Welcome to the Sandy River Chalet. Located within the Huron National Forest, this is a two-bedroom/one- bathroom cabin. The cabin sits on 1.5 acres, of which a third is wooded. This cabin is a comfortable camp for fishing and hunting enthusiasts. Canoe/Kayak rentals are available from several businesses in the area. Other outdoor activities include hiking, biking, ATV and boating/fishing at one of the local lakes or the Mio Pond. Please enjoy to the fullest but be respectful to the property.

The property is bordering the Huron national Forest with plenty of hiking trails throughout. We are directly across the street from an ORV Trail head. This is a perfect location for UTV, ATV and, snowmobiling. The cabin is equipped with AC, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. Plus a bon-fire pit. W/ cooking grate.
