With room for up to 5 guests, we've found that it best fits families or up to 3 adults comfortably.

The Ponderosa Apartment

This apartment is on the 2nd floor of our rec hall. One flight of exterior stairs leads to the apartment. It has a parking spot close to these steps assigned to the apartment. It is a one room apartment with a queen bed, fold out futon and sleeps up to 3. Inside includes: heat/AC, linens/towels/soaps, fully stocked kitchen, wood burning fire place, cable TV, free WIFI. Outside there is a private deck with a propane grill. On site coin operated laundry available.

The Dreamcatcher

Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This warm, small suite includes a kitchenette and shared hot tub (closed until Oct. 30) situated on the San Miguel River where you can enjoy the Colorado night sky or serenades of the stream. BRAND NEW, La Casita of the San Juans, Ridgway CO

This BRAND NEW, modern yet cozy top floor apartment in the heart of Ridgway's Historic District occupies the second floor of a two story building. The apartment is ideal for a couple with 2 children- bathroom includes a tub and shower. The master bedroom has a brand new King Size Remote Controlled Adjustable Bed. The second bedroom contains a trundle bed in which the two beds can be separated or pushed together for one big bed. Please see photos of second bedoom.
