Come stay on this small .3 acre lot in a tiny A-Frame (100 square feet) in the Red River Gorge! Because big things come in small packages, and sometimes less is more. With a large deck, outdoor cooking area, and composting toilet, you'll enjoy the off-grid lifestyle. The Tiny has easy access to the Red River Gorge area for hiking and climbing. This cabin does not have running water or electricity. I am still adding to my tiny cabin! At this time I cannot accommodate pets, kids, or campfires.

You can stroll to the barn and visit the horses or enjoy the peace and quiet before relaxing at the pool, complete with a grill and outdoor dining area. It is a scenic 22 minute drive from the Ky Horse Park, 25 minutes from Lexington, and 30 minutes from Keeneland Race Track. Even with the remote feel of the farm you will only be a mile from Walmart, shops & downtown Paris.

Less than 15 minutes for Miguels & Nada Tunnel, 45 minutes from Lexington, KY, and easy access to local Kroger. Each property has a dedicated outdoor grill and there are 3 shared fire pits on property. These are cabins in RRG and each cabin is equipped with internet, but cell service and internet can be spotty as is the whole area!

Magnolia Falls - Tranquil Getaway

Magnolia Falls is named after the big leaf magnolia trees and the nearby waterfalls on the Peddlers Fork stream. The peaceful and relaxing sounds can be enjoyed year round from the front porch as the stream flows over the rocks and gushes toward the deep gorge below. This tranquil setting sits on 60 acres surrounded by woods with walking trails. You have access to the entire 2nd floor, porches and outdoor area. The first floor isn't rented or occupied; you have the property to yourself.

A quaint living room with an elec. fireplace, full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer & an outdoor space that includes a gas grill and fire pit. Shady Pines Inn is a vacation rental located .7 mile from Exit 133 off interstate 64. Ten minutes to Cave Run Lake and Morehead. 3 bedrooms, king, queen & 2 twin beds, 2 new cots with memory foam toppers. 1.5 baths,living room with 2 couches & 3 chairs. Full kitchen, accessible tub/shower. Snacks, cereal/granola bars, oatmeal, donuts, bread, bagels, local eggs, coffee, tea. Any combination of these items will be offered.

The Cedar Shack

Enjoy Cave Run Lake or take a short drive (21ish miles) to Red River Gorge from our Tiny Cabin. Our Cedar Shack is a 12ft x 28ft with a 4ft porch, equipped with dual rocking chairs. The Cedar Shack is appropriately named as it is finished fully is cedar from floor to ceiling. Pets are welcome in most instances but they must be included in the guest list and there is a fee. No exceptions.
