Beth is a fabulous host and her home is just gorgeous! So well appointed and kept. Lovely neighborhood and great location. Just all around perfect!!

Absolutely amazing place! Was a little put off by clothes and items left behind by owner in drawers and closets at first but David was very responsive and the house was very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect and the back porch and yard perfect for the kids to run around in. We were very happy with our stay and absolutely would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Cozy and well-appointed, this home has everything you need to settle in and enjoy its beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend!

This was a comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and seemed safe. The house was clean and the location was easy to get to major highways. There was coffee and snacks provided and the kitchen had needed items for a stay. It worked great for 4 of us. As in a few reviews, the beds were just okay. They made a lot of squeaks and scrunches, but otherwise the place was good.

Tracy/Steph were so responsive and hospitable! We had the best time visiting one of our favorite places, and loved how walkable everything was... our dog Heisman also agrees! We can't wait to go back for another visit. Such a charming and quirky old house, loved our stay!

Shelly was such a wonderful host and her place was perfect! The place was clean, well-organized, and had everything we could possibly need, including a helpful binder with instructions! Pamela's place was very clean and offered everything you'd need to prepare a meal in the kitchen. The weather changed quickly while I was in town during the off season for a business trip, however the split units kept the unit very comfortable. The shower was spacious and had plenty of hot water. The host have more convenient items than hotels available for your use and I would love to come back when the weather is warmer. This is a great place to stay while traveling alone or with a family. The lighting outside the units and walkways allow for peace of mind. There's a nice area to sit outside and enjoy a beverage or conversation with your other guests.

Gorgeous neighborhood, lots of local spots within walking distance, and adorable vintage space with modern luxuries. My host thought of everything, down to charging cables for all devices.

We had an excellent week-long stay in this well furnished apartment situated in a beautiful neighborhood. It was super clean, has modern appliances and a well-functioning (and quiet!) AC system. But I especially liked all the little things that make a huge difference: extra towels, plenty of hangers in the large closet, lots of drawer space in the bedroom, nightstands on both sides of the bed with lamps and USB outlets, a great hairdryer with separate controls for heat and fan, a sunny laundry room with laundry supplies, a bottle of wine…I could go on and on. I will definitely book this place again.

I stayed at Dan’s place for 2.5 months and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a long-term stay. Everything was exactly as described—or better—and the space felt like a true home away from home. Dan was a fantastic host: responsive, thoughtful, and respectful of privacy. Any time I had a question or needed something, he was quick to help without being intrusive. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to everything I needed. Whether you’re staying short-term or long-term, I highly recommend Dan’s place. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great! Mattress on queen bed was so comfortable. the apartment worked well for us on a wine trail weekend.

Ryan did the research. I instantly felt at home. A haven of coziness. He provided everything, so much more then other affordable Airbnb's. He was very considerate when providing amenity. Gourmet coffee, spices, washer/dryer, toiletries and more. Ryan deserves a big fat 'A'. Thanks for a great stay and being the best Airbnb I've ever been to.

couldn't figure out the fireplace and not much of a view but room was A+ would recommend

This is a trendy city one bedroom, perfect for two. To get upstairs to the bed & bathroom you have a historic spiral staircase. The tub/shower is very nice. It is a ceiling fixture with no handheld. There is a cute little balcony & garden, which nicely opens up the space. We had good weather, so I enjoyed the breeze & enjoyed meeting Jenn.

Juliet ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, sie vermittelt einem sofort das Gefühl willkommen und zu Hause zu sein. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Sollten wir nochmal nach Memphis reisen, würden wir hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

TL;DR: we had a great stay, even if we brought the rain with us. We booked Larry’s pink room for a quick mother-daughter weekend adventure, and it was the perfect fit for us. Strong marks for convenience, price, and comfort (just make sure you can parallel park, that’s 90% of your options in STL). The pink room has a lovely firm mattress (Queen) and good closet space. There’s a small couch by the window which was great for reading when we needed a break from exploring the city. Larry keeps a small fridge in the room with some complementary beverages, plus a triple USB port for easy charging of your devices. Lots of windows if you’re luckier than we were and actually see the sun on your visit. The pink room uses a shared bathroom, which was perfectly fine for us. Larry had lots of great suggestions for local activities/food, and breakfast helped us fuel up for our day! Day one was a full English style breakfast, day two was a lovely veggie frittata and waffles! Would stay again!
