This glamping-mobile is thoughtfully designed to offer you an instagram-worthy experience that you'll remember long after your trip to the Ozarks is over. What we provide- ~linens and towels ~cookware and servingware ~kitchen basics ~soap and shampoo ~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags ~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided ~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal) ~firewood, BYO kindling Rental Rules ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout ~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie ~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.

Enjoy glamping on a working cattle ranch. The camper has water, sewer, electric, and WiFi. Enjoy sitting outside with the fire pit, or lay in the hammock. There is also an outdoor dining area. The small cozy Glamper is located on our cattle ranch which is about 15 minutes south of Salem. We also have the Rancher Glamper on our farm if you are traveling with another couple. We are 20 minutes from Montauk State Park, 20 minutes from Echo Bluff State Park, and the beautiful Current River.

The Shiny Twinkie, is a 1967 Vintage Airstream located at our family's 33 acre creekfront campground. It's one of 7 rentals here. Soak in the amazing 2-person hot tub! The Shiny Twinkie is a short 5 minute walk through our property to spring fed, crystal clear 12Mile Creek. Enjoy the refreshing swimming hole, shut-ins, fishing, trails and more than enough nature to bask in. Deer, rabbits, turtles & many different species of birds! The Shiny Twinkie Airstream makes for a memorable stay!

Private Waterfront Relaxation at Peppermint Cove!

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our peaceful private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Cozy Camper Near Downtown Off Razorback Greenway

Cozy camper sleeps 4 adults with one queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The camper sits in our driveway with full AC/heat and water. We are minutes from the downtown Bentonville square. The Razorback Greenway is right behind our house, and 15 minutes from the Back 40 trails. Bikes can safely be stored in the garage. Other local amenities less than 10 minutes away include the 8th Street Market, AMP, Crystal Bridges, and the Pinnacle Mall.

Mulberry river and some of the best rafting in the Ozarks is just 13 miles south. Mill Creek OHV Trails and over 150 miles of riding opportunity are 2.4 miles down the road from the cabin. We are centrally located to the best hiking trails in the Ozarks. Come and enjoy a nature get-away!
