A river side farm villa nestled amidst lush green farm, The Palavayal Farm Villa is a perfect getaway for a complete retreat into the nature. Tejaswini river flows through the property, giving our guests exclusive private access to the river. Guests can also relax at our large 12x6m swimming pool. We indulge our guests in river rafting, kayaking, river/farm walk & houseboat rides. This space within the coffee plantation estate was my ‘go to place’ to unwind.. It has 2 rooms with a terrace and pool just steps away.. the space has everything I could imagine to have a blend of relaxation, outdoors or a chilled get together.. it has vintage wooden speakers, a fully fitted BBQ grill and more. For work or play, the whole place is yours to enjoy. I wish that you unwind, stargaze, and create lasting memories.. Caretaker Babu will ensure good home made food.. have a good time 😎

Hillside heaven - 2BHK suits

A peaceful 2BHK near Kannur International Airport, offering hillside sunrises, rooftop sunsets, and a hybrid workspace. Enjoy forest walks with peacock sightings, minimal traffic noise, and an authentic experience of Kerala’s Theyyam art during the season (December–April/May), followed by the sacred Kottiyoor Uthsavam (May–June). Staying in Mattanur While Exploring Kannur gives good benefit: Mattanur is home to Kannur International Airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers arrival.

Family friendly 2BHK house near temple

This house is a small 2 BHK house, located in a silent village. Kannur International Airport and Kannur railway station is around 45 minutes drive distance. Those who want to enjoy a silent and serene stay at a budget friendly rate are warmly welcomed. A very old temple is located very nearby, from where the morning devotional songs would be played. Those who are irritated by this morning sound may please search other properties. All tourist attractions in and around Kannur are 1 hour drive.
