Hubane korter Viljandis

See 2-toaline korter asub Viljandi vanalinnas esimesel korrusel, 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Viljandi järvest. Lähim pood asub 400 meetri kaugusel. Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on 4 korterit ja tuleb arvestada ka naabritega. Korter mahutab 4 külalist. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250m majast). Koduloomad oodatud.

A place with fascinating history - over 90 years old former schoolhouse surrounded with nature. Now here is a basecamp for hikers and a vacation place for families and groups of friends. Our family lives in one part of the house, separately from guests. And we take only one booking at a time. Since our main activity is to arrange canoe trips and nature hikes - we are glad to organize you a canoe trip and introduce you local hiking trails, forests, bogs and sight-seeings.

Why not spend your holiday at our peaceful backyard retreat? Relax in our mini spa and treat yourself to the saunas or hot tub, refresh in the cold tub, or enjoy a barbecue in the fresh air. Our house can accommodate up to 4 guests, featuring a double bed on the loft and a sofa bed in the living room. We have everything you need for a memorable holiday! Just 300 metres away, you’ll find an artificial lake with a playground. We look forward to welcoming you warmly!

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
