I went to see the concert. It was super close to Impact Arena. I drove; it only took a few minutes. The host was awesome, so helpful! I'd totally stay there again.

It’s a very nice place to stay as alot of local food stores beside. Zong gives the recommendation of places to visit as well. Got 199Baht free flow buffet in less than 5 minutes walking distance so definitely go check out as well. Plus, Zong is the very nice host. We were like lost during the check in. (It was my fault man. I pinned the temple on the map and never use the exact location he sent LOL) But anyway, he helps us call and talk with the grab man so the check-in becomes so damn smooth. The check-out time is also very flexible. Just in case anyone wonders. There is no ghost in this room (not that I know). Because my previous trip in Malaysia, I got 👻👻👻 in my airbnb room 😭. But, this room is so nice. I can just sit there and chill alone at night shaking my legs and nth funny happen.

Great place for an extended stay in Thailand. Close to everything you need. It was also unaffected by the earthquake that hit Bangkok in March 2025. The place is also secure with a kind security officer. Who we did have a chance to say goodbye to.

The room is exactly as pictured. The staff and host are phenomenal. They were very helpful regarding the area and things in general. Neighborhood offers an authentic Thai experience. Will book again when in town.

Such a nice house to stay especially, for a family or a group of ten people . The neighborhood is pretty safe as there will always be a security check before someone comes into the area(community house). We can walk or ride a bicycle to 7/11 nearby , which is quite easy to find food. The host is very responsive and helpful in helping to find the taxi for us. I would definitely recommend this house if you have a big family or a group of friends joining you to Thailand.

I stayed at Nite's condo for a week, and it was a lovely experience. The room is spacious and comfortable and there is a washer on the balcony, a nice kitchenette, and all is very clean. In addition, there is a little shop on the ground floor for essentials and it is a 20 THB motorbike taxi ride to Lotus or Big C nearby. Could not be happier with my stay and hope to visit again.

Penny's apartment is in a very quiet local area next to Khlong Bang Phai MRT. If you want to experience living in a nice authentic peaceful Thai neighborhood it's a very nice option. There are some really nice local food options around and lots of convenient stores. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need if you are a minimalist.

This place deserves more than 5 stars but is not possible in AirBnb, if you are a content creator, digital nomad or work remotely, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Tony leave you in the condo a full setup to work, every amenity in the building is simply amazing. So accesible in every aspect I really recommend this place. And Tony by the way was the best host ever for my first stay in Thailand, very servicial and predisposed to all my needs

We stayed for a couple weeks and it was perfect for that length of time. It’s further away from city centre so if you’re planning for a shorter stay I wouldn’t recommend but it’s perfectly peaceful and taxis are easy to book. The place was very comfortable, private and host was responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Good place to stay

Fantastic apartment in a great area: Igor’s place had everything we needed for our 5 week stay, including a good little kitchen, washing machine and balcony, a huge TV with Netflix and great surround sound and even a PS5! The gym and pool were both great, the 7-11 downstairs was well stocked and all the locals were so friendly :) This is a great neighborhood with every amenity you’d need, across the road from a lively little all day/night food market and amazing cafes and restaurants everywhere. A Big C hypermarket is 10 mins walk away and the nearest skytrain station at Saphan Kwai only 14 mins walk. And Chatuchak weekend market is only 20 mins walk! Finally, Igor was a wonderful host - so friendly, helpful and responsive :) In short: highly recommend! In short
