Anilals place is at the centre of backwaters. It was a bit hard to find but Anilal was very responsive and guided us. He was an amazing host and showed us around even though we arrived late. The dinner and breakfast were very delicious and homemade. The backwaters from Anilals home had the most beautiful sunrise. Would recommend.

The Ark was everything we hoped for—and more. Think spa-level bedding, Pinterest-worthy interiors, spotless bathrooms, and a kitchen so clean it made us want to cook (almost). But what truly sets this place apart? Navya and Denny—the ultimate hosts. Warm, responsive, and somehow magically always one step ahead of our needs. They even left snacks and a toy for our fur baby Meeso—who now thinks The Ark is his vacation home. We stayed here with our parents too, and let’s just say—when the entire family unanimously approves, you know it’s special. Lots of laughter, food, and memories packed into one perfect stay. Can’t wait to come back—Meeso is already packing his bowl.

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage in Kochi in der Unterkunft von Vineeth und konnten uns richtig entspannen. Vielen Dank für das Barbecue und den Bootsauflug in den Backwaters, es war ein wundervolles Erlebnis! Vineeth ist ein sehr proaktiver Gastgeber und kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste, vielen Dank dafür!

Sehr schönes großes Haus mit viel Luft und Platz, schönes Grundstück mit vielen unterschiedlichen Vögeln sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit Termins Vater, der Vorort ist.

This was our second visit at Biju's. A lovely and very well appointed executive apartment with a spacious master bedroom, 2 ACs that function well and a big screen smart TV. Biju has provided it with all things one could need for a long term stay, down to toiletries, mineral water and tea/coffee, which he replenishes as required. It's these little details that sets this place apart from many other vacation rentals. Biju is always responsive and super helpful while allowing you complete privacy. The caretaker Surabhi keeps the building very clean and is always available for any housekeeping needs. The rooftop terrace is done up well and is perfect for get togethers or just to relax in the evenings. Great apartment in a great location! I really recommend this place when staying in Kochi!! Had a wonderful stay ! The location is serene and right by the beautiful backwaters, which made for a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The property is private and quiet — ideal if you're looking to unwind away from the crowds. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the bathroom was also spotless with good water pressure and all the necessary amenities. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Bicycles were provided, which was a lovely touch — we enjoyed riding around the area and exploring the surroundings at our own pace. The place is also easily accessible by road, so getting there wasn’t an issue at all. The kitchen comes with all the basic utensils you’d need for cooking, but do keep in mind that condiments and spices aren't provided. So if you plan to cook, it’s a good idea to bring your own ingredients. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Sajo was helpful from day 1. Though there was a small challenge that we encountered during our stay, Sajo ensured that we were least affected by it and promptly took action to address and rectify the issue at hand. He was available on call throughout whenever needed. Would highly recommend to any traveller and you definitely should stay here if you are in the town to watch the famous Nehru trophy boat race, as the racing venue is just 10 min comfortable walk away

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It’s gots a very ethnic and unique decor. The best part is the beautiful garden and the lake in the backyard. One can sit in the patio or the garden and see the lovely wayward lake and the fishermen and houseboats going around. We did kayaking in the lake. Prakash the care taker of the house was awesome and made us some amazing food. He was very friendly and always took care of all our needs. We would surely only stay in this house again if he ever visit allepy again. Totally recommend this awesome and serene property. A must stay here.

A great accomodation for me and my family who visited Kottayam for a day. Place was very clean and located in a very peaceful location. The house was huge and accomodated all five of us very easily. Host was responsive and catered to all our needs. The price was spot on - it was a great deal compared to a hotel. Thanks for hosting us 🙏🙂
