Location, location! The villa is located within a 7 minute walk to historic downtown. The walk takes you through charming historic homes along Lake Maria Sanchez. It is a 10 minute drive the the beaches and lighthouse. We have great wifi if you need to work from home and many places to spread out and relax. The whole space will be yours, if you rent the guest cottage in addition or not. The courtyard is one of the highlights, with an awesome outdoor kitchen. Main house is 3 bed 2 bath. NO Pets
