The downstairs unit of our family beach house has 3 bed/ 2 baths and a comfortably furnished open kitchen- living room. Everything is on one level! You can see the back yard from the kitchen through the glass doors which makes it also perfect for families with small kids who like to play outside. We leave the entire outdoor area for our guests, incl. deck, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, dining table and charcoal grill. No dogs allowed! Tyga our friendly cat lives upstairs and outside.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests.
