This condo is quiet and serene, but also located within walking distance of local eateries, bars and all the entertainment Jacksonville Beach has to offer. From coffee pods to bathrobes to beach chairs, everything is stocked so you can leave your cares behind upon check-in. We offer two beach-side private parking spaces, one covered and gated. The 1950's coastal bungalow is set on Vilano Beach's historical Street. The home has been completely remodeled, plenty of parking and is pet friendly. Surfside's pet friendly beach access/parking and North Shore Community Park is 1 block away with tennis/ pickle ball courts, playground and dog park.

This beachfront condo is perfect for your stay in Ponte Vedra Beach. Guests can enjoy the ocean and looking for endless sharks teeth and sea shells. This condo boasts (1) bedroom, (1) bathroom and an additional murphy bed for your guests. Music can be heard from the back patio on weekends, as well as the sounds of the sea. When back from soaking up the sun, enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, powerful shower and wifi. Our location is minutes away from Sawgrass TPC and nearby St. Augustine.

The lowest level is equipped with a queen size bed room, a sitting area (futon converts to a bed as well) with TV and a bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, very comfortable living area with dining table to seat eight, the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!
