Since the entire house is on one level, it's especially suitable for people with disabilities. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
