This lovely home is located in the charming neighborhood of El Terreno, within walking distance of Palma City. You'll enjoy privacy and plenty of space with two terraces, two patios, and several relaxing areas. It’s peaceful here, yet just a couple of streets away from the main road, making it easy to walk to the new restaurants, trendy cafes, and bars that are popping up. Bellver Castle, with its beautiful trails and views, is right behind us, with access just a few blocks up the road.

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment.
