The Kitchen/Dining Area, Family Room and Master Bedroom are upstairs. While here, you will have access to a boat ramp and courtesy dock, so bring your boat(s) and PWC. Relax at night in the hot tub or around the fire pit.

It is usually deep enough to moor a boat or jet skis right at the shore although if the water level fluctuates you might have to tie it up a little further out or use our boat slip at the Marina less than a quarter mile away.
