Great location and super clean! I would stay here again. The only thing is that the ceiling is maybe a little thin so you can hear people walking around on the top floor, so if you’re a light sleeper maybe book the top floor instead, but it wasn’t really an issue for me and my friends, just something to note. Overall we really enjoyed the space and would definitely stay here again.

We had such a relaxing weekend getaway here! The beach access was so convenient and we really enjoyed how quiet the area was (the complex and the beach). My girlfriend is a germaphobe and was really impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. We will be back!🙂

Erin's place was amazing. We went during spring break so as the season was underway but before the big crowds. Made it fun to do the beach in a different way -- going out more than cooking. It was so cool to be staying on the boardwalk after everyone went home -- felt like we had a whole part of Duck to ourselves. Erin's place is perfectly located and very charming. She was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place.

We came across the Mermaid Cottage last minute on a quick getaway and it was the perfect spot to stay for us! Very eclectically decorated and a few steps away from the ocean 🌊. Also has a very nice, private porch with nice furniture for lounging. Jenni was an excellent and responsive host, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and cozy place when visiting Avon, NC.

The unit was nice,everything needed was provided. We did notice something that needs addressing.When the switch for the ventilation in the first bathroom was turned on,the overhead light in the master bath switched off. Also,the outlet on the wall by the counter between the bedrooms,isn’t tight.When you plug anything into it,it’s very loose.I’m saying this,because it could become a safety hazard. Otherwise,we enjoyed our stay,and Brittany took great care of us.

We loved every moment! His place is gorgeous! The view from the deck…stunning! The sunset was nothing short of magical! Eddie was so kind, welcoming, and responsive! We would love to come back sometime! Truly an exceptional experience! We walked out on the dock multiple times…surreal! 🩵 thank you, Eddie and family!

We had a wonderful time here. Great spot, such a quick walk to the beach and drivable to so many fun spots to visit or eat. Teresa was communicative and friendly, and we had everything we needed for a fun beach weekend getaway.

Cannot recommend this apartment enough. Was the cleanest airbnb I have ever stepped foot in, hosts were wonderful, and the apartment was just like the pictures! Quick walk to the beach too with sooo many restaurants and actives right at the tip of your finger!

We really enjoyed staying here! It was nice being closer to the beach and the marina in Psalter Path. it was our first time on the island and even though the weather was not great we had fun. Thanks David for making sure we had some snacks and necessities in the house!

Perfect location in a cute community. Easy walk right out to the beach, got to see gorgeous sunsets daily from one of many decks, and ample space on the interior to not feel like we were on top of each other. Justin is also one of the most responsive hosts, which we were so appreciative of.

We really love this place. Andy is a great host, was very helpful and responsive. It is very quite and peaceful.

Loved the rain shower head in master bath. Double sinks are a nice addition. Master bed extremely comfortable. Overall, very spacious accommodations!

The home was comfortable and inviting with a great view of the Sound and only a block from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for a short getaway and some R&R.

Excellent home to stay at for some relaxing time at the beach. The house is set back slightly so you do get views of other houses when sitting on the porch, but still have views of the ocean as well as a private access point to the beach. Ample amenities provided - clearly a lot of thought went into making guests comfortable, for example, new dish washing sponge, trash bags, toilet paper supply, coffee pods, the list goes on! And very clean!!

Ryan was quick to respond and extremely helpful when we came upon a snag in our travel plans! The house is in a great location, has spectacular views from the back decks and right on the beach. Driving to Corolla and Cape Hatteras was very easy from the location and close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping etc. Everything worked well in the house and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware! We are looking forward to renting again in the fall or next year early spring.

The owners were very responsive and assisted with any problems that I may have had and went above and beyond. I’m very appreciative that they shared their home with us. The home has a perfect location with many shops, restaurants and the beach within walking distance.

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

Excellent Beach Condo! The condo was spotless and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable beach getaway!

This home was perfect for our NC vacation. Looks exactly as it was presented to us, easy to communicate with & Megan was quick to respond throughout the process!

We had a great time during our stay! The room was beautiful, clean and felt just like home. We came with our toddler and newborn, and the amenities were great and easily accessible. We will definitely be back!

This condo is an excellent value and in a great little condo community- very peaceful ! Great first-floor location equidistant between boardwalk to beach and the pool. Also just across the hall from the laundry room. Decorated with a fun, beach vibe and perfect for a family with young kids!

Loved staying here in this slice of paradise!!!! Exactly what I need to recharge my mom batteries!!! The community is really nice and welcoming as well . Felt at peace the whole trip.
