We had a wonderful week-long stay at this beautiful property and truly felt right at home. Hosts Amit and Sneha, along with co-hosts Ratna Ji and Col. Chauhan, were incredibly attentive and hospitable. Col. Chauhan ensured our check-in and stay were absolutely seamless, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Sneha, who went above and beyond by sending us a home-cooked meal when our son fell ill and we had to stay in for the day—such a thoughtful and kind gesture that we deeply appreciated. The property itself is in a serene location with fantastic views, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with warm, caring hosts, this is the place to be. Highly recommended! Would definitely come back!

STUNNING. The pictures here doesnt do justice to the beauty this place offers. The cottage is lavishly beautiful and the view from this place is beautiful beyond words. If you love mountains then this is the place. Peaceful, away from chaos, easy to reach and best views. the caretaker is very friendly and helpful and makes delicious food so thats a plus point.

Beautiful cottage with a pristine view of the Bhimtal lake. You can enjoy your morning coffee/tea with a clear lake view from the balcony or the garden and marvel at the stars in the night. The caretaker Pawan was very helpful, proactively reaching out to tell us about the cottage details and how to reach the cottage. He also helped us procure anything we needed. He also suggested a restaurant which could deliver food to the house. You can also hire a cook if you wat. The rooms are clean, spacious with 2 huge drawing rooms. Nothing fancy, but everything was maintained and as per the descriptions. The approach road is a bit tricky as the cottage is on top of a small hill, but Pawan helped us easily navigate to the house. Lots of eateries nearby, but you'll need to make a small trek up and down the hill or use a car. There is ample parking available at house. Definitely recommended for groups of 4-6 people looking for a relaxing vacation.

The stay deserves all the appreciation! Specially Kundan bhaiya, we were 3 girls travelling and he made sure we were comfortable all the time. The sunrise view is breathtaking. The rooms were clean, with a very well maintained garden having blooming flowers amazingly done by Kundan bhaiya. The food he cooked for us was delicious and served with a homely vibe. Only drawback is the 1km + 300m hike, if you are travelling through a cab they might not be keen on driving that distance and you might feel stuck not being able to explore the main areas since going uphill can be an issue.

We booked this stay for 2 nights and had a great time. Situated between Bhimtal & Naukuchiatal, this stay offers mesmerizing views of the valleys and the lakes. Thanks to the caretaker Lalit, we felt right at home. The place was exactly like the pictures, the cottage was spotless and squeaky clean when we arrived. Best part is that they have a restaurant and offer a variety of veg & non-veg options. We wouldn't hesitate from recommending this to our friends and family.

The place is well maintained homelike. The surrounding is very peaceful, with a flowery garden. Host is very polite and helpful. Pet friendly, and good place for pets to chill in secured area. The home served food is very authentic, with a few good cafes nearby if needed. Overall great stay, for my pet Muchos(cat) too.

The property was just as expected. Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The food prepared by the staff was also amazing. Would recommend it to everyone.

It's a great property. The location is ideal and peaceful. The rooms were clean. The staff was really polite. Kushagra and Pradeep were really helpful and there to assist us at every moment. Loved each and every moment of our stay.

Staying at Varun and Sumedha's amazing place in Nainital was a perfect holiday experience. The house itself is beautifully arranged, well decorated and the wood design is truly an artistic masterpiece, where modern kitchen and bathroom facilities meets a comfy home setting. The bedroom and balcony take your breath away, with the most beautiful view over Nainital lake. Being in bed becomes an event itself, watching sunset or sunrise. Varun and Sumedha are simply outstanding when you plan a holiday in India. Hospitality, friendliness and always making you having the best stay imaginable is something that you feel from their heart. You will feel just like with family. They are also very well versed and knowledgeable, in what to do in Nainital (Café Lakeside, Mall Road, Boat House Club, where to see red pandas) and suggestions on trips outside like Corbett National Park. For anyone wanting a seamless and refreshing retreat in India, Varun and Sumedha have got you covered :)
