Make your coffee or tea and enjoy the can of cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator ready to bake. Stroll down Route 66, with its many antique shops, restaurants, and bars.

Cozy house offers beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, great covered patio in back and relaxing view of our amazing West Texas sunsets. Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

The awesome Green door is your entry to an amazing stay, a True Home experience while on your travels. Our home is completely remodeled to accommodate you and yours with comfort and pleasure in mind. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place. It is a quaint space. It was built in the 1930s as a home/convenient store. Prior to Airbnb it was an art gallery. All the art is for sale and changes frequently. It is a 4 block walk to downtown with 30 restaurants, a 7 block walk to Hodge Town Ball Park and the Civic Center. Conveniently located to I-27 and I-40. There is a large fenced area behind the Airbnb for dog lovers! It is self-check-in any time you get here. No cleaning/pet fees.

Welcome To Our Sunnyside House

Our Sunnyside house is located close to I-27 and a 7 minute drive to downtown. The street is quiet, but there are train tracks close by. Smart TV are provided on each of the bedrooms and the living room, no cable service is provided. Rooms have comfortable beds with cute decor. Kitchen is equipped with basic amenities such as pots, pans, and dishes. House has a drive way (no garage) and a key lock box for your convenience. Please read house rules for late check out fees.
