It's a joy to offer this traditional stone-built home as we work towards its renovation. There's always something that needs fixing here and a lot of potential as an eco-sensitive artist residency in the making. It's well equipped, comfortable, roomy and flexible. We welcome you to enjoy it, to explore its surroundings made up of rich architectural remnants from times past, and remember a different way of dwelling and of being in the world. The plumbing is now fixed and the back yard is next!

Carob Tree Villa | 3 BR Rustic Home | Pool Access

Welcome to stunning Tochni Village, centrally located in Cyprus. Each room has access to its own private bathroom. (Please note that the bedrooms are not connected and only accessible through the private, enclosed courtyard!!) The property features a fully stocked kitchen, a large living room and spacious private outdoor courtyard and garden. Free access to a pool is available to all guests. The pool is located next to our restaurant and reception area, 3 minutes walking from the house.

Pine forest House

The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.

Built in 1890 , the listed property lies in the heart of the beautiful village. An exceptionally graceful 4 bedroom traditional 400 sq.m building with an inner courtyard and lush garden. The two storey house is built with the limestone and soil offering coolness in summer and warmth in winter. The house has been in the family for many generations. Its first renovation dates back to 1929 by my grandfather, recently masterfully renovated.
