Relax nella campagna Toscana ad un passo dal mare

Ideale per una coppia la casa è disposta su due livelli, al piano terra troviamo un soggiorno e la cucina completa di accessori con lavastoviglie e lavatrice, al primo piano abbiamo invece una grande camera matrimoniale (possibilità di aggiungere un letto per bambini) e un bagno molto spazioso. Chiunque è e sarà sempre il benvenuto. Le operazioni di pulizia e sanificazione degli appartamenti sono eseguite in maniera scrupolosa direttamente da noi al fine di garantire la massima sicurezza.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

I Sassi di Wally: verde, arte e mare!

Al termine di una tipicissima strada bianca delle colline toscane fiancheggiata da cipressi, I Sassi di Wally è un divertente cottage con torretta costruito in pietra, un tempo dependance agricola di un casale del 700 oggi ristrutturato. La casa, internamente rinnovata nel 2022, è indipendente, con giardino privato e recintato, zona lavoro, parcheggio e vasca idromassaggio “sotto le stelle”. Gli animali sono i benvenuti. Ideale per un periodo lontani dalla solita routine in totale privacy.

Nel nostro appartamento potrete godere di una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulla costa, mentre vi rilassate nella nostra piscina o gustate un barbecue nell'ampio giardino.Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro ed a pochi passi dai percorsi di trekking nel bosco di Castellina, siamo a 5km dal centro buddista di Pomaia ed a 20 minuti dalle principali spiagge. In mezzora di macchina potete raggiungere Volterra, San Gimignano e Pisa. WiFi, Parcheggio , biancheria inclusi. Animali ammessi.

Per raggiungerci dovrete fare un un piccolo sforzo, affrontabile con una qualsiasi auto. Troverete in cambio silenzio, tranquillità e la nostra accoglienza.
