First time staying at Sira’s meet his loving mom. Very sweet and welcoming! The condo is very quiet to rest. I ended up staying for about 2 weeks! The place is very convenient to nearby stores and tuktuk to Cosmo which has plenty of things to do there. When in Thailand I do plan to stay again. I felt safe and security was nice.

The location is extremely convenient for catch the BTS into downtown Bangkok. Complex amenities (pool and gym) were very nice and never too crowded. Utilities (internet & TV) worked flawlessly. Never had any issues with video conferencing or watching movies. Owner was always available to answer any questions I might have. She was extremely helpful and cordial.

The Location is a bit far from Bangkok close to Airport Don Mueang. very easy to get into and clean. Great AC and Shower had plenty of Hott water. 7 11 right outside. That was a Plus. Pool was nice just like 📸 and Gym great would stay again if back around that area.

The place was clean and instructions were clear. It was a pleasant stay.

Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, hat uns direkt geantwortet und uns alle Wünsche die wir hatten ermöglicht. Die Wohnung war super schön, besser als auf den Bildern. Die Lage war top, direkt ein 7/11 neben an. Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Würde immer wieder gerne kommen.

Stayed here for 7 weeks. Nice place. Place is small and simple (condo room) but has everything you need for a nice stay. Condo facility is quite new so it’s a really nice place. Nice pool, gym and Co-working space to grab your laptop and do some work. Surrounding area is still developing so you definitely get a very local Thai feel. Very busy main road just outside which can feel daunting to cross, but you get used to it. Security guards are always around to salute as you leave. Mall right across the road with everything you need too! Solid stay.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay, nice clean place to stay. We felt like we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

We loved staying here! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures,cosy and nicely decorated ,and had everything we needed.The air conditioning works perfectly and there was minimal noise. Petcharat was a great host and was very responsive and clear with instructions. The apartment had a fantastic food on the area ,a very well stocked 7/11 on site, and the friendliest security guards. It takes about 30 minutes to the center of the city and malls.Most taxis were no more than 290 Bhat.(We used the app Grab) We felt safe ,and the building was very clean. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting!
