The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

Guests have access to the beach across the street through our Beach Bliss property, as well as pickleball, cornhole, basketball, and hiking on the 15-acre hillside of Casa Wurster where they can enjoy stunning panoramic views and even catch a glimpse of some colorful island iguanas.
