It's within a 20 minute drive to Brundage and Ponderosa State Park. In addition you'll find access to Green Gate and Wallace snowmobile parking just down the street. Inside you'll find an open sleeping loft with three beds - two twin beds and full/futon, and a separate main floor bedroom with a queen bed.

The place is meeting all requirements for Short Term Rental requested per the city of McCall (Permit is displayed inside the condo) and passed successfully the new Fire, Health & Safety inspection.

Studio RT Retreat

Close to Payette Lake and the town center. Everything you could desire for a nice getaway in McCall. The kitchen has a range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. Pets are ok, but please keep them off the furniture. Separate entrance to a studio apartment with wifi, and Roku TV, very private, on the ground floor. We are proud to be environmentally proactive with solar panels, bamboo paper supplies, and biodegradable plastic bags.
