This newly built home sits on two acres of lakefront property. Only an hour outside of Dallas but feels miles away from everything. Whether it is relaxing in the spa, pool, playing pickleball, having coffee on the back porch, enjoying the firepit or kayaks… This place has it all! It’s truly a secluded, beautiful place to unwind and relax with family and friends. Prior to booking with us, I want to state that the spa is not a hot tub. So if it is below freezing it can’t be run. Thank you!!!

We are 30 minutes from Canton and close to GBC and Mabank. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the expansive deck that is right off the house and a secondary deck that is above the cove. Evening is perfect for an outdoor movie. Enjoy the large fire pit and some gooey, sticky smores. Ask about multi family options.
