Suit family with children or 1 or 2 couples. Good parking. 15 mins to Winchelsea beach, 20 mins to Camber Sands; 25 mins to Hastings. Sitting/diner & ancient inglenook and wood-burning stove & TV. Kitchen D/W. 1 king, 1 dbl bed 1 bath/shower, conservatory, private BBQ terrace, use of large wild garden.

Mill Cottage

My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the countryside. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

The cottage is detached and situated up a private drive with parking. It is secluded and quiet whilst being under 2 mins walk from a super village pub serving good food and local beers and 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village with all its lovely shops/cafes, delicatessen and famous gastro pub.
