La Bonita Ermita

La Bonita Ermita is a small hermitage style home on a hillside with amazing views of the sunrise, sunset and Pecos Valley. The home was carved into the hillside with 4 terraced levels and is a stone's throw from Our Lady of Guadalupe Monastery. Literally boarding 10s of thousands of acres of the Sante Fe National Forest behind a private gate. A must stop if you are driving thru Pecos either on the Sante Fe trail or Historic Route 66. Immersed in nature and yet only 25 minutes to Sante Fe.

Just off scenic Route 66 (Hwy 50), up a steep (but short) driveway, sits a 2-bedroom log cabin with plenty of birdsong and pine trees, a porch surrounded by views and furnished with a grill for outdoor dining. La Casita Capulin (The Little Choke-Cherry House)

Very rural…This country hideaway is nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, 1 minute from I-25 in the village of Rowe. It sits on a 40 acre private ranch. Santa Fe is 25 minutes away with nearby access to many US Forest areas, the Pecos National Monument, the Village of Pecos, and the Pecos River. The water is chemical free! The large acreage here is also used for tent camping in the summer months near the little lake and RV Sites are scattered with one being beside this house.

A beautifully appointed artistic cabin will full amenities on a ridgeline of the Pecos wilderness valley. Breathtaking views of the mountains, wilderness, Rowe mesa and the Milky Way. The drive to Santa Fe is easy and peaceful (~35 minutes). The Pecos river swimming hole is accessible by trail from the house along with several miles of hikeable wilderness. Internet is reliable, high-speed, broadband. Has washer/dryer in unit.
