You'll love staying in one of our cities' most interesting neighborhoods, an arts district where the locals live. We're 1.8 miles (10 mins drive) from the plaza & close to Meow Wolf. Cafes a 2 min walk. We are in a local arts area. If you want to stay near the touristy plaza-- not us. Also, no TV, but 300 MPS wifi. Our artfully designed cozy 220 sq/ft flat has a queen bed, a well equipped efficiency kitchen, and your own bathroom. Plus, the exterior deck is ideal for catching sunset views.

The Hip Hut is a unique and colorful 700 sq.ft. one bedroom second story apartment located two blocks from Texas Tech University and a short walk to Jones AT&T Stadium and Broadway.
