The tiny home is equipped with all modern fixtures + full kitchen/bathroom. We have a private bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our house is a newly renovated 1940's craftsman located in the hill country of Texas. In historic Johnson City, Texas it is just one block from restaurants, shopping, wineries, & art galleries. This luxurious modern farmhouse is located in the hometown of President, Lyndon B Johnson. I look forward to making your stay a memorable one. I only live a few miles down the road towards the Pedernales Falls State Park (also something fun to do), so I will be handy if needed for any reason.

We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.
