It has its own entrance way down a terraced flower bed, and has a small private patio with table and chairs which is yours to use at your leisure.

Well-equipped and environmentally friendly, this 1st-floor annex is situated in the Chiltern village of Bellingdon, North of the market town of Chesham. The perfect location for those exploring the Chilterns, designated an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ walking, cycling or for those working locally. The name is inspired by the 50+ species of bird found locally, including the Red Kites.

Fantastic self-contained spacious accommodation which forms part of a Grade II listed barn conversion tucked away in a beautiful hidden Chiltern valley; perfect for walking and cycling from the doorstep but also only four miles from both Berkhamsted and Chesham stations with easy access to London. The accommodation comprises of four good-sized, newly decorated rooms, all closed off from the owners who live in the other part of the barn but who are on hand should you need them.

The Lodge is light, airy and modern, whilst providing original character and features. An ideal getaway for couples, those visiting family and friends, or somewhere to base yourself for a weekend of walking in the chilterns; this cosy, self-contained lodge is perfect for those looking to get away from it all. Set on a working stable yard surrounded by private ancient woodland accessible to guests. Private fenced garden, however not secure on one side for a determined dog.

A cosy little self-contained cabin with its own bathroom, private side entrance and off-street driveway parking. A lovely spot for guests working locally or anyone wanting a peaceful escape. There’s a comfy double bed overlooking greenery, TV with Netflix and Prime, strong Wi-Fi, and a kettle with tea and coffee. Toiletries included. There’s a private courtyard outside with table and chairs. We live in the main house and are happy to help while giving you full privacy ☺️

The Olde Dairy renovated barn

The Olde Dairy is a newly renovated barn which is very spacious and has a very cosy ambience. Popular with visitors to Warner Brothers Studios ‘ Harry Potter’ Bekonscot model village, Roald Dahl museum, Chiltern Open Air museum, Bovingdon Studios, Legoland, Windsor, and the train station 5 mins away straight into London Baker Street approximately 40mins, there are many lovely local pubs and walks on our doorstep.

Cosy newly converted character annexe in the heart of the Chilterns. Just a 10 minute walk (google maps speed) to the Metropolitan underground station taking 40 minutes direct to central London. Opposite a lovely pub with Thai kitchen, a 3 minute walk in to Chesham town centre full of cafes, shops and bars. 1 king sized doubled bedroom, with en-suite shower & WC and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
