Ideal for single or couple. We are centrally located in a friendly neighborhood with quick access to Hamilton. Overlooking the North Shore with beautiful water views one can often see a cruise ship going by. Parties are not allowed and due to past issues our age limit is 25. Please respect the quiet.

The sunsets are my favorite!

A 5 min drive will have you at Hamilton Princess Hotel and in the heart of the City of Hamilton in 7 mins. There’s a comfortable queen bed and guest are NOT permitted to smoke or vape! Chequers - ocean views at the edge of Hamilton.

Chequers Upper Ocean unit offers a comfortable room with glimpses of the North Shore and the combination of a garden and pool setting on the edge of Hamilton City. The pool is shared with 2 guest units and the owner, who lives in the main house. The entrance to Chequers Ocean is seperate, to the side of the main house. Come and stay where the tree frogs sing you to sleep and the birds serenade you awake.

Convenient central location for those who want to explore the entire island. Short walk to Admiralty House Park/Deep Bay/Clarence Cove, swim explore caves and go cliff diving.
