The property would equally suit couples; it is perfectly located for day trips to Chester, Liverpool or Manchester by car or train. All are welcome to stay in my cosy, quiet property. Easily accessible by public transport and a short trip to the town centre, it is attached to my home but has a separate entrance, being completely private with its own patio and parking space. You’re free to use my garden with its sheltered hammock swing - perfect for shade in the heat or shelter for rain, converting to a bed. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or bake, using the KitchenAid mixer. Indulge!

Furnished to a high standard, the bungalow is located in a quiet, residential area of Runcorn with local shops within walking distance and the main railway station a 5 minute drive. Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

Welcome to our annexe! Situated in our back garden (with its own private entrance) , our cosy annex was completed in 2021 to a high standard. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.

At the foot of the complex sits Warrington Central Train Station making this apartment a real option for commuters.
