The house is located 23 miles from Ellsworth, 10 miles from Winter Harbor which is home to the ferry terminal that will take you to Bar Harbor for the day!

Awesome location! Located on Prestigious Clark Point Road across the street from the working Southwest Harbor ! Peeks of the water across the street or views down the street depending on the time of year. Blocks from the quaint village of Southwest Harbor with gourmet restaurants, Art shops, wine and cheese speciality shop, boutiques, Library and playground. Walk the other way to the iconic Beals Lobster Pound, A newer lobster pound with great views, The historic Claremont Inn!

Rustic Country Apartment on The Moosehead Trail.

We recently acquired the house we live in which has an efficiency apartment in the back. It is cozy and private. The house is old and unique. It was previously a long term rental. We wanted to provide a restful space in the heart of Maine Highlands, the crossroads of Central Maine. We enjoy the scenic area with beautiful lakes rivers, multiuse trail systems and trail head of the 100 mile wilderness of the Appalachian Trail, Moosehead lake, Maine's largest lake, and State Parks.

Park Place provides an amazing place to call home when exploring Acadia National Park. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood this first floor unit is a few blocks from the center of town. A 10 min walk from stunning sunrises on the Shore Path and 15 min walk to sunsets from the Bar Island sandbar. Designated off street parking for two cars with self check in and 3 mini splits for individual heat and AC temp controls. Steps away from amazing Havana as well as many other restaurants.
