Isfryn is a stylish and beautifully furnished terraced property nestled in the quaint hillside village of Penrhynside, on the outskirts of the ‘Queen of Welsh Resorts’, Llandudno and within easy access to the historic town of Conwy and Snowdonia. The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

There is free off road parking for one car and free parking on the road outside the property with no time restrictions.
