Close to hiking trails, ball parks, Midwestern University, ASU West and main thoroughfares (I-17, 51, 101, & 303). After a day of working hard or hardly working enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool or stretch out on the chaise lounges. Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! Gated, Private Entrance, Security door, Walk-in Closet, Tile/Glass Shower Surround. Small Patio area with extra seating. BBQ, Pool Upon Request, Bicycles upon Request. Ocassionally. We mostly leave it up to our guests. Ask the hosts to provide bicycles and then head for the bike path in nearby Conocido Park. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and churches, with Arrowhead Mall also close. Local hiking trails include North Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and Dreamy Draw. Park & Ride 1 mile away. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

Nearby golf courses include Legends at Arrowhead, Vistancia and Quintero. Beautiful hiking trails just behind property which are accessible by foot.

Welcome to Any's suite.Enjoy this spacious and fully remodeled and equipped apartment in Glendale, with all the necessary amenities for short or long stays. Only 20 minutes from the airport and very close to everything else, including downtown Phoenix, Arcadia, Scottsdale and Tempe. great restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance and centrally located to all the major events AZ has to offer. The suite consists of a king bed and a sofa bed available for 2 people, fully equipped.

Tiny House Farm Experience Next to Desert Hiking

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Nestled on two sides by Desert preserve with hiking and equine trails . It’s a few miles from N Phx fine dining and shopping. Our 1.3 acre mini urban ranch makes you feel far from the city with beautiful views . We have farm critters to meet with your host. Fresh eggs provided . Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.
