It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, town home that has beach front access to Lake Pepin. Watch a gorgeous sunrise from the living room, patio, or even the upstairs master suite! A pullout sofa sleeper in the living room. This is a ground level town home with access to its own beach front. There isn't a dock on the property. There are two public boat landings and a marina that is very close. Located right to the right of the Willows Restaurant/Resort. Short drive from town and all the amenities.

The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

The house is located a short walk to downtown with shops, restaurants and bars. The house is equipped to accommodate a working space for business travelers. The home is located 2 blocks from the "The Barn at Mirror Lake" wedding venue which can support groups and reunions. It is ideally suited for outdoor ethicists coming to Buffalo County. Please not this is the whole house.

Second floor access only with private entrance. 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room. No kitchen. Clean and quaint. We operate a coffee shop on the lower floor of the house on seasonal weekends so expect light noise after 7am (shop opens at 8 am) but come down for a complimentary coffee or tea and a homemade scone Saturday and Sunday morning.
