Kućica i terasa su zaista kao na slikama, svi sadržaji su lijepo osmišljeni i dostupni. Zadovoljni smo boravkom, Ingrid i Michael su jako dragi domaćini te žive u gornjem dijelu kuće, no uz povremene susrete, daju vam privatnost koliko god mogu.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was modern, clean, and very quiet—perfect for relaxing. The highlight was definitely the private sauna, which added a luxurious touch to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and peace. ☺️

Ubytovani je v prijemne lokalite stranou ruchu a pritom autem kousek od Puly. Je to dobry bod pro podnikani vyletu. Zahradu ocenily deti i my. Pani domaci umi cesky, takze komunikace je snadna.

Es war sehr ruhig und wunderbar ! Alles komplett privat ! Alles sauber ! Der Außenbereich ist natürlich mit Pool und Grillbereich das Highlight! Vielen lieben Dank für das Erlebnis Wir kommen gerne erneut vorbei

Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehelen. Die Vermiterin und Ihr Sohn sind sehr nette und herzliche Leute. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden. Pool Benutzung ist im Preis enthalten. Wir haben uns schnell wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber das ist sehr schön weil man seine Ruhe hat. Ein Lidl ist ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Meer ist in ca. 20 min. erreichbar. Von uns 5 Sterne und ein Dankeschön an die Vermiter. Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich in den nächsten Jahren wieder dorthin fahren.

A truly wonderful experience! My husband and I stayed in multiple AirBnb’s for our trip to Croatia, and this was our favorite by far. So many amenities to take advantage of in the home from the large outdoor space, to the well-stocked kitchen, to the dry sauna, to the super comfy king sized bed - the list goes on and on! But what made it extra special is the hospitality of Micky and Nena. You can tell they take great care of this home and really enjoy getting to know their guests from around the world. We look forward one day to coming back!

Miejsce godne polecenia, Wszystko zgadzało się z opisem i zdjęciami. Gospodarz to bardzo pozytywna i szczera osoba, jasno przedstawił zasady korzystania z zakwaterowania. Przed przyjazdem udostępnił wszelkich potrzebnych informacji dotyczących lokalizacji i był w stałym kontakcie. Odpowiadał szybko na każde pytanie. Udzielał wyczerpujących szczegółów dotyczacych okolicy. Wszystko to z wielkim uśmiechem na twarzy :) Widok z tarasu penthausu zniewala 🤩 Basen jest miłym ukojeniem w upale, kąpiele słoneczne na wygodnych lerzakach, kawka na tarasie ze zniewalającym widokiem, Czego chcieć więcej? Polecamy z całego serca!❤️ Nasze rekomendacje: Spacer promenadą w kierunku Iki oraz Opatji. Lucica restauracja z świerzymi i pysznymi owocami morza, a zwłaszcza morszczukiem. Opatje,Kolloseum bar gdzie są pyszne drinki i piękny widok. Plażę Jeleńścica -trudne zejście (ale dalismy radę z niemowlęciem w nosidle). Plaża, mała, dzika z idealnymi gładkimi kamykami i widokiem za milion dolarów.

Mariette was super friendly and recommended a few local spots to visit. The apartment was clean, inlcuding a newly renovated kitchen with all needed equipment. We had a nice stay and would absolutely recommend her place. Thanks for the small gift before we left, wishing you all the best!!

Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien für 10 Tage dort. Es ist eine super schöne Unterkunft. Unsere beiden Kids hatten riesig Spaß im Garten! Die Erwachsenen haben den Pool und die Sauna genossen. Es war ein riesiger Obstkorb vorhanden und eine große Platte Schinken und Käse wurde spendiert!! Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung sind super mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem nichts gefehlt hat. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber, shr schnelle Antworten und hilfreiche Tipps!

Mit Abstand beste Unterkunft die wir je hatten. Damjan super nette und hilfsbereiche Gastgeber, alles einfach traumhaft- ruhige Lage und 10 min Fahrt bis zum Strand, 15 min bis zum Hundestrand, sehr Hundefreundlich, absolut sauber , mit Liebe eingerichtet... Absolut zu empfehlen Sehr gerne wieder

Super schöne, abgelegene Unterkunft. Viele Restaurants, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten in direkter Nähe und gut erreichbar. Dino ist unfassbar nett, hat sich immer schnell bei Fragen gemeldet und kam regelmäßig persönlich vorbei und hat den Pool gereinigt. Die Gegend ist für einen Trip super und wir hatten mit unserer Hündin Maya eine tolle Zeit vor Ort. Besonders gut ist, dass der Pool beheizt ist und somit quasi zu jeder Jahreszeit nutzbar ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Emanuel is one of the nicest people we ever met. He is really an example of what host should act like! In addition to everything being as described, he oferred us flexible check-in, prepared gifts for us when we arrived, and also another one when we left. He is very responsive if you need anything, always ready to help. House and the garden are great, offers much more than you need in all aspects- description is spot on. In addition beaches, stores, city center are all very close, if you are slightly active, all within walking distance. In short, if you plan to come to Novigrad, Villa MOLO is a great choice. Highly recommend it.
