Enjoy hearing the birds, watch squirrels play in the trees, drink your coffee outside as the morning sunlight shines through. Enjoy a picnic or watching the stars while sitting around the Gas Fire Pit. Come Stay!

(Small fee for the pool) Pool Open thru Labor Day. Canal front fishin and crabbin on property. (don't forget License) I have a strict no smoking inside apartment policy and a NO pet policy, due to lung issues and Allergies to all animals, NO service PETS or emotional support animals, please.

We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.
